Heating Instructions

Heating Riz Frozen Foods At Home

Chicken/Vegan Spring Rolls Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Deep Frying (Best Result)  Heat oil in saucepan til boiling, reduce to medium heat, fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy. 

Oven Preheat oven to 425°F, bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.


Golden Veggie/Shrimp Wonton Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Deep Frying (Best Result)  Heat oil in saucepan til boiling, reduce to medium heat, fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy. 

Oven Preheat oven to 425°F, bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. 


Chicken/BBQ Pork Gyoza (Dumplings) Cooking Instructions  Add a few drops of oil into boiling water. Put frozen gyoza in and cook for 2-3 minutes under high medium heat, keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom.  Ready to serve when they are floating to the top. Drain water out and enjoy. 

For pan fried, remove cooked gyoza onto a non stick pan with oil, fry till golden on the bottom and serve. 


Har Gaow - Shrimp DimSum Cooking Instructions (Do not defrost, cook from frozen) Steam Wait till water is boiling hot Place dumplings on top of parchment paper in a steamer with lid on steam for 7-10 mins remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins before serving.


Siu Mai - Chicken DimSum Cooking Instructions (Do not defrost, cook from frozen) Steam Wait till water is boiling hot Place dumplings on top of parchment paper in a steamer with lid on steam for 15-18 mins remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins before serving.


Lotus Pocket Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Wait till water is boiling hot, place in steamer, parchment paper is not required, steam for 25 mins before serving.


Chicken Wonton Soup Cooking Instructions (Do not Defrost) Put half filled water in a pot untill boiling hot, put frozen wontons in, add a few drops of oil into the water, bring to boiling hot and cook for 4 minutes at medium heat. Drain out water & put in a serving bowl. Heat up chicken broth and pour over cooked wontons & enjoy.


Crispy Beef/Sweet & Sour Chicken, Tao Chicken, Honey Garlic Chicken Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Deep Frying: Heat up oil in a saucepan to burning hot, reduce to medium high heat. Deep fry coated meat for 8-12 minutes until crispy. 

Oven Preheat oven to 425°F, put coated meat on baking tray & cook for 8-10 minutes, flip occasionally until crispy and warm. Heat up sauce and pour over to serve. 


Cashew Chicken/Blackbean Chicken or Beef Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Remove from package, combine sauce and meat on to a non-stick frying pan, place on stove, keep stirring till hot thoroughly and serve. 


Thai Green/Red Curry Chicken Cooking Instructions (Defrosting Recommended) Remove from package, combine sauce and meat, reheat in microwave for 50 seconds, then check. Heat for another 50 seconds, check again and then for last 50 seconds and serve. (total heating time is 2 minutes, 30 seconds)
